| How large is the Rental Space? TOP | The space is 35'(long)x25'(wide) of uninterrupted open space (which means there are no poles in the middle of the space) with 20 foot high ceilings. | |||||||
| What are your rates for the Rental Space? TOP | The rental cost begins with a basic $40 an hour charge with 15 people or less. We require all the money up front for all hours you want to rent if the time is available. Please call us for availability and for your specific requirement on the amount of people and what you want to do with the space. | |||||||
| Do you have A/C? TOP | Yes, we have central air conditioning. | |||||||
| Do you have heating? TOP | Yes, we have central heating. | |||||||
| Where can I park my car? TOP | Parking is available on the street. | |||||||
| How many people can be in the Rental Space? TOP | The maximum amount of people can be 40 to 60 depending if they are sitting down or standing up for a concert performance. Call us and tell us your requirements. | |||||||
| Do you allow pets? TOP | No, because we have a new and very clean location. Only if you are filming and require pets for your shoot then we will consider, please call and let us know your requirements. | |||||||
| Can we eat and drink at the location? TOP | Yes, but no cooking is allowed at the location. You can bring prepared food and consume it at the location. If you require more please call us for your requirements. | |||||||
| Is there a bathroom? TOP | Yes, we have one bathroom for both men and women. This large bathroom can also be used for changing clothing if required. | |||||||
| Who handles the lighting system? TOP | We handle all our lighting equipment, please call us for any specific requirements. If you need to add more lighting for your specific situation please call us and tell us your requirements. | |||||||
